The Arlington Heights Memorial Library uses Library Production Studio to create most of the LibVlogs that appear on its website. The LibVlogs are used to promote upcoming programs and special events, as well as to make users aware of the services available in the library.
As a result of LibVlogs, the library has been able to enhance and enrich their website and has found that increased use of some the featured services.
The LibVlogs won an InfoTubey award presented for excellence in library YouTube productions.

This video served a dual purpose as an introductory training aid for staff and the public as well as a publicity piece for the library and RFID technology.
The library found that as a result of the video staff and public are better able to utilize RFID automation and the library’s circulation has rapidly increased.
